FITLY is a free browser-based tool that lets you compress JPG, PNG and WebP images to a specific target file size. The compression is performed locally in your browser.
3. Free Use
The Service is provided free of charge. No account, subscription or payment is required in order to use it.

All image processing is performed locally in your browser. Your files are not uploaded to our servers. You are responsible for keeping a copy of your original files; FITLY does not keep a backup of anything you process.

The FITLY name, logo, and the design and code of the Service are owned by their respective rights holders. You retain all rights to the images you process. We do not claim any ownership over your files.
8. Third-Party Services and Advertising
The Service may display advertising or link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any compressed image will meet a specific size or quality requirement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FITLY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
